1. Buy

The order is valid when the order confirmation is recieved by both the customer and BERNH. An order confirmation is sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being received by BERNH. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product is sent. BERNH has ownership and take-back rights of all goods until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop at BERNH, you as a customer must be 18 years old and BERNH must be able to determine your residential address.


2. Price

Prices in the store include VAT for orders within the EU. When the order is confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that BERNH does not have control over. For example; changes in raw material prices, changes in currency, changes in VAT, changes in customs duties or changes in other taxes. No handling fees will be added. If the price should change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase.


3. Shipping

A shipping cost of SEK 66 will be added within Sweden. Outside Sweden, shipping costs are added according to the post office tariff on all orders.


4. Payment / payment terms

Card payment: Payment with Visa / MasterCard is made safely and securely over the internet directly when ordering. Your payment is mediated by Stripe with secure encryption according to strict banking standards. No extra fees apply for card payments.


5. Deliveries

Items in stock are sent from BERNH within 1-7 business days after ordering. We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website. The customer is then informed of a new estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock.


6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur outside our control. For example, that a supplier or freight forwarder is unable to fulfill his delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, BERNH disclaims liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.


7. Transport risk

BERNH is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.


8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check the goods for any possible damage. If the product is damaged or faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible via e-mail info@bernh.se.


9. Online returns & Exchange policy

You can return an item if you are not satisfied with it. You have a full right of return within 14 days after your package has arrived at the delivery address. Return the item in its original packaging and attach the invoice / delivery note that you received in the package. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping cost when returning your goods. 


10. Complaints

The Consumer Purchase Act applies when you shop at BERNH. An item can be complained about if it has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise defective.


If you find a defect in the ordered item:

1. Contact BERNH immediately. We pay for the costs for the shipping if the defect/fault is caused by us.

2. When the complaint has been approved by BERNH, we will send a new item free of charge, otherwise you will get your money back.


11. Refunds

Refunds are made to your bank account. The refund will be made as soon as possible after BERNH has received and approved your return. However, always within 30 days.


12. Reservations

BERNH reserves the right to make changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.


13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact BERNH at info@bernh.se. We assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.


14. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be foreseen, and affect agreements entered into on our part, which means that we can not keep the agreement/commitment, will be a valid reason for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.

16. Should the item be sent as a gift?

Do you want your order to be sent to someone else as a gift? Enter in the message box whom the order should be sent to: Name, address and mobile number. If you want the goods to be wrapped in gift wrap, please state this in the message box aswell.
